The exercise, your card, and your first step. With an account, you also get your assessment, check-ins after 3, 30, and 90 days, and your garden: planner, goals, journal, and mood tracker.
Membership: free for the first 1,000 members
Week after week, we stick with you, especially when it isn't going well: we adjust your step, plan with you, and sharpen your report every round.
Regular price: €79 a year or €12 a month. We'll ask you before we ever charge.
